Privacy notice

This notice covers the contact form on our home page, the Free Catalog Audit application form, and any product data a selected brand sends us. It does not cover data a client shares under a separate paid agreement.

• From the contact form: your name, company, email, what you're interested in, and your message.
• From the application form: your name, role, company, company website, work email, sales channels, approximate number of products, main category, and anything you choose to write.
• If your brand is selected: a CSV of up to 100 products. We ask for product information only (titles, descriptions, attributes, measurements). Don't send prices, costs, supplier details or customer data; if a file contains cost, supplier or customer columns, we drop them before processing.
• Automatically: our bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. We use your IP address only for that and to limit repeated submissions; we don't store it. The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

• To reply to your contact form message.
• To review your application and decide whether to offer an audit (steps you asked us to take before any agreement).
• To run the audit on your product data and send you the result.
• To reply to you about the audit and, if you're interested, a paid service.
• To keep the site and form secure.
• To send occasional emails about catalog data, only if you tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop within 10 business days of an unsubscribe.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Google Cloud (United States): hosts the form backend and stores messages and applications.
• Cloudflare (United States): domain, email forwarding and the bot check.
• Google Workspace / Gmail (United States): receives our email, including files you send.
• Anthropic (United States): its Claude AI service reads your product data to map columns and find contradictions. It does not receive your application or contact details.

• Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Applications that don't lead to an audit: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Product files and audit results: deleted 30 days after we deliver your audit, unless you ask us to keep them.
• Email updates consent: until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within 30 days.
